We also employ numerous teams of Waterpoofers, Tilers, Carpenters, Wallboard Fixers and Stoppers, Carpet and Vinyl Layers, Flooring Uplifters, Plumbers, Electricians, Shower Installers and Cabinetmakers.

Our Director, Anthony Ng has over 20 years of Development, Project Management, Estimating, Quantity Surveying, Supervisory and On the Tools Hands on Carpentry and Building experience in the building industry in Australia, New Zealand and Malaysia.

His qualifications and experience include:

• Bachelor of Building(Construction and Project Management) from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia
• Supervision and Quality Control in the Refurbishment of State Housing Stock for the NSW Department of Housing - Sydney, Australia
• Supervision of Interior Fitout and Construction Work  for Australian Department of Housing and Construction- Sydney, Australia
• Quantity surveying professional practice - Malaysia. Here he was the Project Quantity Surveyor for a NZ$7 million 13-storey office building in Kuala Lumpur.
• Site Manager/Quantity Surveyor for a NZ$35million 40 Storey Office Complex for Tan and Tan Developments while working at the construction company Lim Kah Ngam (M) Sdn. Bhd.
• Contracts Manager for a NZ$13 million Golf course , Club house,  Swimming Pool, Driving Range, Restaurant, Bowling Alley, Tennis Courts, Squash Courts , Reservoir, Roading and Infrastructure Works .
• Concrete and Carpentry Subcontracting in New Zealand for 2 Years. Jobs successfully completed included The New Zealand Foundation For The Blind in Newmarket and Mon Desir Apartments for Manson Developments in Takapuna.
• Development of Industrial Units in Paramount Drive, Henderson  - including land acquisition, project and construction management, Unit title and  the eventual sale of  the Property.
• Development and Construction of Residential Houses in Henderson, Greenhithe, Titirangi and West Harbour.
• Director of APT for the last 13 years.

Our Contracts Manager, Ronald Manalili has over 18 years of Civil Engineering and Building experience in the Phillipines.

His qualifications and experience include:

• Bachelor of Science (Major in Civil Engineering) from the University of the East, Manila, Philippines.
• Professional Engineer and Member of Phillipine Institute of Engineers
• Sales Engineeer and Estimator for Sructural Steel Fabrication and Construction company involved in Mining, Cement and other Heavy Industries
• Estimator and Contracts Manager for Man Builders in Roading, Drainage and Building work.
• General Manager/Managing Director overseeing Estimating, Quantity Surveying and Contracts Management for Manbros Builders and Development Inc. involved in Multimillion Dollar Building Projects.

Our Estimator, Wendy Sun, works out quantities from Plans, Prepares Quotes for Clients and Job Sheets for work procurement.

Her qualifications include:

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying from Unitec, Auckland , New Zealand

Our Accounts Manager, Swee Yap has over 20 years  experience in of Accounts Mangement.

Her Qualifications and experience include:

• Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from the University of Auckland, New Zealand
